Javascript Map With Function

Before es6, we often used an object to emulate a map by mapping a key to a value of any type. To find an index of the current iterable inside the javascript map() function, you have to use the callback function’s second parameter. Filtering out all numbers that are less than 100 from a numeric array.

The javascript map () method calls a specific function on each item in an array. For instance, suppose you want to multiply every item in an array by two. Think of looping as a way to progress from one element to another in a list, while still maintaining the order and position of each element.
